Alina just sent me a few pics from our trip up to the staff retreat in Minakami. She always takes unusual pictures so I did my best to give her a silly pose as we were on the road. I think we hadn't made it out of Tokyo yet.
The retreat went really well and if you want a more detailed look at what we did you can visit Bernie & Cheryl's blog that I have set up for them, but haven't completely taught them how to use it. While we were there we did see a parade of monkeys, I didn't get any pics but some others did I am just waiting to get them. I will post them when I do.
