I stumbled across this orgainzation and it looks great! It is more or less meals on wheels for people with life threating illnesses. It was started to help Aids patients, but has expanded to help people suffering from cancer and other debilitating illnesses. Delivering love and healthy meals to people who are unable to do so for their selves. They are in NYC, but I think it is an organization that any major city should have. People get 10 meals a week from them and everything is prepared by hand, emphasising a home cooked, down to earth meal, made with love. What a great project, and what a great way to put feet on our faith.
