Watching the olympics has been fun but I really enjoyed "The Today Show" while I was back and their segment "Today's Chow" was really fun. Here they make one of my favorite Chinese dishes, 小龍包.

He seemes to say "Dragon's ban","out of the ban" ,Is that right? I can't hear this "ban" as "bau".Kuma.
